As Business Analyst you should always be interested in finding the real insights. You do not settle for vague answers, and are not afraid to ask. You take part in sales trajectories and should therefore be communicative, but also technically well-versed. You are perfectly able to translate customer requirements into concrete, bite-sized assignments for our software engineers. In this way you ensure that Business and IT reinforce and understand each other entirely.
