Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you play a crucial role in further digitizing the processes and customer journeys of our clients in the financial services sector. You take the lead in the technical preparation of projects and keep the project team focused and on schedule. In terms of content, it involves general analysis work for a development team that builds user functionality, as well as a focus on insurance and financial-specific matters. This includes analysing WFT modules to understand how specific insurance products work and translating them into concrete information issues. Together with the team of Designers and Product Owners, you shape our roadmaps.
 
The main responsibilities include:
  • You are responsible for understanding the client's business and translating customer needs into concrete, actionable tasks for the team of Software Engineers; 
  • You lead the technical preparation of projects and keep the project team on schedule;  
  • You perform analyses for WFT modules to understand how specific insurance products work and translate them into concrete information issues; 
  • You collaborate with the team of Designers and Product Owners to determine and monitor the roadmaps.

What we ask:

  • Minimum University level of education and thinking; 
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position;  
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken;
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative;
  • A flexible and proactive attitude, willingness to continue learning and developing.
